Free (timed) Writing
• Non-stop writing for 5, 10, 15 or 20 min.
• Do not separate pen from paper (continuous line from mind to hand to paper)
• If you have nothing to write, write “I have nothing to write" how many times as needed
• Do not mind grammar, spelling, style or coherence
• Do not cross, erase, or go back to correct (write the new idea, leave the old one)
• This is a private exercise for personal development, never an evaluation moment. You can share it if you want to.
