Free (timed) Writing

• Non-stop writing for 5, 10, 15 or 20 min. 

• Do not separate pen from paper (continuous line from mind to hand to paper)
• If you have nothing to write, write “I have nothing to write" how many times as needed
• Do not mind grammar, spelling, style or coherence
• Do not cross, erase, or go back to correct (write the new idea, leave the old one) 
• This is a private exercise for personal development, never an evaluation moment. You can share it if you want to.
•NOTE: The exercise can be done with our without a theme

ADVANTAGES
• It is supposed to make you more at ease with writing
• Eliminates writer's block and self-censorship
• Writing is envisaged as (also) a physical activity, that demands readiness from the body.
• Helps to find motives / points of interest for writing
• Self-descovery tool, empowers expression.
• It is useful to draft characters, situations, settings 
• Improves writing skills in general.
